“We are an Amazon handbag seller based in California, mainly targeting women between 25–40 years old in the mid-range market. Our average retail price is around USD 59–89, so product consistency and customer reviews are extremely important for us.

We contacted this Guangzhou factory for a custom PU leather tote bag collection after having quality issues with another supplier. The previous factory had unstable stitching and poor edge paint durability, which caused return problems on Amazon.

This supplier handled the project much more professionally. During development, they recommended upgrading the shoulder strap reinforcement and changing the lining from thin polyester to thicker nylon lining to improve long-term durability. The cost increase was reasonable, but the bag felt much more premium after adjustment.
